Booking and Cancellation Policy
-Appointments are to be booked online or by phone with a valid credit card to hold the slot. -A deposit of 30% of the service is required and is nonrefundable. -Cancellations are required 48 hours before the appointment; to avoid fees. -Late cancellation fee is 40% of the service cost if canceled within 48 hours. -No-show fee is 100% of the service cost.
